    Free shipping on all orders over $95
    For In-stock Pieces: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
    For Pre-Order Pieces: Please allow 2 weeks for your piece to be fired and ready to be dispatched.

    Parcels are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney, NSW, and will take approximately 2-8 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped

    Breakages during shipping
    We are very careful to package the pieces as safely as possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped in a bed of eco-friendly protection. In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods with photo evidence.

    Wrong shipping information
    Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

    We are able to ship internationally. Please contact us first to arrange a quote for shipping to your country

  • Refunds
    Please note that all pieces are hand-squished and may look different from the items featured in the product photos. If you are unhappy with the piece when it arrives, you have 24-hours upon delivery to contact us and request a refund or exchange and begin the process of returning the item to us. The refund/exchange will be processed once we have received the item. Please note that you are liable for the cost of return shipping.

    If you would like to choose a specific piece before it is shipped, please contact us directly before you purchase and we can send videos/images of a selection of ceramics. For any returns, refunds or questions, please contact hello@theaustinflowers.com

  • Although each piece is glazed, we advise that you treat your sculpture with the utmost love and care. We advise gently handwashing and do not put in the dishwasher.

    Pieces with gold lustre (such as Bubbles) are made from real gold and therefore need to be treated carefully. Wipe with a soft cloth only as the gold can rub off.
